手機ONE X 的問題

我的手機因為螢幕破裂拿去送修
服務人員說要先備份好資料會恢復原廠設定
我備份好送去了前幾天回來了

我要還原簡訊該怎麼還原? HTC官網是說若要將簡訊還原至 HTC One X，請在郵件應用程式內開啟含有備份檔附件的電子郵件訊息。先點選附件將其下載，然後再點選一次，開啟要匯入的備份檔。
這該怎麼用? 我點郵件時他叫我選擇郵件提供者選好了叫我新增帳號打帳密打好了登進去怎麼樣就是沒有我之前備份好的簡訊檔該怎麼弄? 請各位大大交一下
在送去之前我有試過但送回來後我就不會了...
