購買自用遊艇毀約金

我在3月26跟某家公司訂購遊艇.
已付訂金50萬.
因為後來某些原因不能購買
合約書上有說預計120天完工交船.
到現在已經過2個月了...
若我現在想毀約...
我的訂金會全部被店家拿去嗎?
PS.(合約書上沒有寫到毀約金的問題)
