好沈重！　新鮮人薪水近半付房租　大安區租屋壓力達47%

台北市房價貴，租金壓力也不輕。隨著畢業季節到來，帶動一波租屋潮，根據房屋網站以雙北市各行政區8坪套房的平均月租金，除以大學畢業社會新鮮人平均薪資2萬6,000元計算後發現，台北市租金壓力最大的大安區，租屋壓力竟高達47%，等於薪水有快一半都要帶來付房租。

好房網表示，台北市租金壓力排行前3名依序為大安區、信義區及中山區。租金壓力最大的大安區，8坪套房平均月租金1萬2,272元，租屋壓力高達47%，比去年成長2個百分點；信義區平均月租金1萬1,344元，租屋壓力也達43.6%；而中山區則是首度進入前3名，8坪套房平均月租金1萬1,112元，比去年增加2,080元，租屋壓力41.8%，增幅高達7.8%。

新北市租金壓力前3名則分別為永和區、新店區及板橋區，其中，新店區租屋壓力下跌為31.6%，是雙北市租金壓力前3名中唯一下跌的行政區；永和區8坪套房平均月租金8,536元，租屋壓力32.8%；板橋區租金也要8,176元，租屋壓力31.2%。

好房網總編吳光中表示，適當的房租比例仍以薪水的1/3~1/4較為合適，台北市文山區、南港區、北投區，以及新北市的土城區、汐止區等房價偏低的區域，租金壓力相對較低，建議新鮮人可以通勤時間，降低租金壓力。
