便當文事件 刑事局漏夜約談記者

台灣立報前鄭姓記者在臉書發表便當店拒賣勞不實文章，並找羅姓友人假扮便當店老闆圓謊，昨晚被報社解職；刑事局在立報發表聲明後，22日凌晨約談鄭、羅2人，依違反社維法移由台北市中正警二分局裁處。

警方說，鄭姓前記者和昨天出面的董小姐一樣，都說文章故事是「聽來的」，非親身經歷，事後表示後悔。
