脫蠟鑄件整型問題

大家好小弟我目前從事脫蠟鑄造廠的員工我們有許多的鑄件都會有變形的問題
因此都需要依靠整形模具來將變形的鑄件整回原來的模樣並且過檢具量測等等...
但是有很多的整型模具效果都不是很理想不然就是得敲敲打打的...很難做...
想請問整形模具的製作是不是很困難因為太多不理想的整型模具效果不好
而鑄件整形又須要具備那些知識?公司也沒有這方面的才幹
外面有鑄件整行相關的行業嗎市場又是如何?
