外交部怕外媒誤解 海報強調「冷血謀殺」

外交部於今（17）日下午5時召開國際記者會，向國際說明「廣大興28號」漁船遭菲律賓公務船槍擊事件。在記者會開始前5分鐘，外交部才急忙地在巨幅地圖背板貼上一張英文說明，強調菲律賓的行為「是冷血謀殺，並非『非蓄意』的殺害」(It is a cold-blooded murder, not "unintended" killing)，深怕國外媒體誤解事件真相。

不過，即使貼了「英文說明」，但這場「國際」記者會上，巨幅事發海域地圖的背板之各項名詞仍以中文標示，只有補貼上去的「說明」是英文，雖然說明強調槍擊事件發生在台菲重疊經濟海域，卻仍讓這場記者會略顯「美中不足」。

外交部大陣仗召開國際記者會，雖然是為了讓國際了解這次台菲衝突真相，現場42個座位也都座無虛席，然而所見媒體仍以國內媒體為主，並且僅提供4名記者提問，其中僅2人是國外媒體，到底能達到多少國際宣傳的效果，國內輿論將拭目以待。
