國際美元走強！央行沒放手　新台幣收30.06、貶值1分

在國際美元走強，台股走跌之下，新台幣兌美元匯價17日盤中雖呈現升值，但實質匯價走勢偏弱，在30元大關震盪整理，收盤最後一刻，中央銀行再出手阻升，新台幣兌美元匯價以30.06元作收、貶值1分，台北外匯經紀公司成交量9.04億美元。

美國聯準會(Fed)官員談話提及Fed將於今年夏天開始縮減買債規模， 市場對美國寬鬆政策可能提前退場的預期升高，國際美元走升，亞洲貨幣包括日圓、星幣等偏弱。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，在修正前一交易日央行阻升效應下，新台幣兌美元匯價17日盤中仍呈現升值走勢，並重回29元價位，但若扣除央行前一交易日阻升約1角，新台幣實質走勢也是偏弱，在30元大關上下盤整。

不過，由於亞幣兌美元仍偏弱，央行尾盤並沒有鬆手，再度進場阻升，新台幣兌美元匯價從29.937元拉回至30.06元作收，也從升值1.13角變成貶值1分。
