關於新馬三皮椅問題

各位大大好，想請教皮椅的問題，
車是未滿半年的新馬三，
副駕駛的皮椅發現有一點痕跡，
想請問專業的大大，這是坐的時後磨到的嗎，
還是如何造成的?

不知道是否有相關產業的專業大大能幫我看看。

1.副駕使用率低，都是自已開比較多
2.沒有用過濕布或任何清潔濟擦過。
3.只有用乾布把上面的灰塵撥掉。
4.車買來到現在都自已洗，沒給人清過內裝，所以新車味還很重。
5.只有副駕的一邊有此情況，駕駛座後座都正常。

這是皮質有問題嗎?不知道有人有這種問題嗎?謝謝
