晚上由自家車庫開車出門(有開大燈)
剛出門時發現有機車經過門口
有踩剎車, 沒有撞到機車
但機車騎士太過緊張
自己煞車後重心不穩跌倒擦傷
門口監視器有拍到過程可以證明沒有撞到
請問汽車車主的刑事與民事責任歸屬?
