SAMSUNG Note1的S Note問題

我用這支手機一年多了
最常使用的功能就是S Note
因為記事情很方便
但是最近我寫完東西按儲存後都會出現"儲存檔案失敗"
我原以為是記憶體太滿還刪了一些舊的筆記
但結果還是無法儲存
無論是儲存在備註備忘錄還是生日都是失敗
請問原因是什麼?
