郝律賓：北市不斷絕與菲姊妹市關係

台中、基隆市相繼斷絕與菲律賓的姊妹市友好關係，但台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，姊妹市是非正式的友誼關係，北市雖中止與馬尼拉、奎松兩市交流活動，但不會斷絕姊妹市關係。

若菲國再無正面回應，郝龍斌說，他建議政府祭出第三、四波更強硬的制裁。他說，這次不只是漁民生命財產的問題，還是國家主權尊嚴的問題，政府立場絕對要強硬，態度一定要堅定，不分朝野、藍綠陣營都要支持政府一致對外。

至於外界也有聲音，這次制裁菲國，既傷敵也自傷，郝則表示，國家主權尊嚴是無價的，不是算這種小帳的時候。
