怨不給錢買彩券　男殺妻未遂判5年4月

48歲的周姓男子因妻子不給錢買運動彩券起爭執，不久又因細故再度爭吵，周男心生不滿，趁凌晨妻子熟睡時，持繩勒殺熟睡妻子頸部，並稱「要一起死」，妻子掙扎並大聲呼救，看護聞聲察看周才罷手。

周男坦承犯行，但辯稱他因雙親相繼過世受刺激，且案發前飲酒，無法控制行為才會犯案，周妻雖也為夫求情，但台中高分院認為，周男竟因細故對枕邊人下毒手，且手段凶狠，無堪憫恕事由，維持一審以殺人未遂判周男5年4月。可上訴。
