遣使秘訪北韓　日本道歉

日本首相安倍晉三派遣飯島勛秘密出訪北韓，不僅沒有事先通報美中韓政府，而且連日本政府負責解決日本人遭北韓綁架問題的擔當大臣，事先也不知情，本來保密功夫做到十足，可惜遭北韓方面「出賣」。

北韓《中央電視台》日前突然播出飯島勛抵達北韓的消息，揭露了日本這一次秘密出使行動，令安倍極其尷尬，中美韓等國都質疑安倍的野心。

《日本新聞網》報導，南韓外務省發言人表示，日本政府已經透過外交管道，針對並未事先通報南韓政府，就派遣內閣官房顧問飯島勳秘密訪問北韓，表示歉意。
