s45c材質硬度問題

目前客戶規範
材 質:S45C
焠火後硬度:心部硬度HRC20~25
表面硬度HRC45~55

打樣採用製程如下:

1.車床 => 2.拉齒 => 3.表面碳化 => 4.ED電著

目前硬度測出如下
心部硬度HRC13
表面硬度HRC51

請問我該如何改善心部硬度

PS調質有用嗎? 還是要從基本的材料去異動著手? 建議材質 SUS420可以嗎?
