跨國大企業在英國逃稅的問題再掀波浪，英國國會監督政府財務的「公共帳戶委員會」15日公布，亞馬遜去年在英國營收42億英鎊，只繳稅240萬英鎊。委員會主席瑪格麗特‧荷吉上月質問Starbucks、Google和亞馬遜高層，15日公布報告，指亞馬遜利用在盧森堡註冊的子公司逃避向英國納稅。她形容亞馬遜在英國繳的稅「簡直開玩笑」。
