似被家人公然侮辱及辱罵可提告訴嗎?

是這樣的 長輩與我時常意見不合

父親會在眾人(家人與朋友)面前 罵我 : 有大頭妄想症 不孝子 三字經雞排

養狗比養你好 , 狗還比較聽話 。

而我也年近30 父親也刻意用肢體語言或言語要把我當小孩子看待

讓我感受真的很受辱

但我沒錄音 雖有第三者但都是他朋友或是聽他話的家人

想請問:

1. 這樣話語 有構成公然侮辱及毀謗嗎 ?

2. 我能否提出告訴 ? 如何告 ?

3. 能否提出精神賠償 ?

4.向警察局報案有用嗎 ?
