請教:如何知道自己能增加臥推的重量?

小弟我來發問了...
請教板上的健身魔人,
現在小弟在健身房裡作臥推,假設舉40kg當熱身組〈15次〉,之後往上加到60kg〈10次,肌肉會微酸〉,再往上加到70kg〈僅5次〉,最後加到80kg〈就2次至3次〉!
我想80kg應該是我的90%力量...
請問,因為我想再進步,我是應該在80kg的級數增加次數與組數後才能再往上加重嗎?或在70kg、60kg鍛鍊肌力後再加重呢?
另外,再加槓片的時間點〈80kg↑〉應該是在哪裡?

以上說的,我不太會解釋....所以能看得懂的魔人可以指導一下嗎?感恩!
