烏克蘭宣佈軍隊進入完全戰鬥準備狀態

代行烏克蘭總統職責的議長圖奇諾夫（Oleksander Turchinov）昨晚下令烏克蘭部隊進入最高等級的戰備狀態。他強調，俄羅斯領導人所謂烏克蘭的俄語公民面臨威脅的說法是杜撰和撒謊，他呼籲烏克蘭公民保持平靜和信心，團結在國家周圍。

俄羅斯聯邦委員會（上議院）昨天同意總統普丁在烏克蘭領土上動用俄國的軍事力量，直至該國形勢恢復穩定為止。烏克蘭國家安全和國防委員會立刻開會研究對策，圖奇諾夫在會議結束後與總理亞克西諾夫、代理國防部長傑紐克一同舉行記者會。

圖奇諾夫說，考慮到潛在的侵略，他下令烏克蘭部隊進入最高等級的戰備狀態，加強了對核電廠、機場和戰略基礎設施的保護。他說，國家安全和國防委員會制定針對軍事入侵的計劃。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
