核一乾式儲存槽無法啟用 大修後可能續停機

新北市政府遲遲不發給台電核一廠燃料棒乾式儲存槽的水土保持計劃合格證書，核一廠一號發電機組將在今年十一月大修，現在正在使用的核燃料棒已經沒有儲存空間。台電擔心，今年還有林口電廠兩部火力發電機組除役，未來夏天北部用電相當吃緊。（戎華儀報導）

台電核一廠的核燃料棒乾式儲存槽儲存空間已經不足，台電表示，現在正在使用的燃料棒在十一月大修時將沒有空間退出來儲存，如果新北市還是不發乾式儲存槽水土保持計劃合格證書，核一廠一號機在除役前無法繼續運轉發電，今年林口火力發電廠兩部機組除役，北部用電吃緊，如果再加上核一廠一號機，供電少掉百分之五，中電北送或南電北送的供電量有限，未來北部供電會更吃緊。

台電核能發言人蔡富豐：『少掉大概5%，北部本來就缺電了，所以北部會更吃緊，要考慮中電、南電北送的容量的問題。』

蔡富豐說，林口電廠和核一廠一號機相繼停機之後，只能改用天然氣發電彌補電力需求缺口，但發電成本會比較高。
