之前我看好幾個版友都這個問題

我升級Win8.1是這樣子升級的

先升級好BIOS (非常重要)

備份好還原隨身碟後，砍掉顯卡驅動
下載好所有Win8.1的驅動

然後再來升級Win8.1
之後驅動程式一個一個灌回去

有問題的驅動相衝問題就是先砍掉舊的驅動後再灌新的

目前都沒問題了

因為Win8.1其實是一個十分嶄新跟8.0不是很相容的版本
要升級得好好做好前置作業，如果廠商沒準備好相關BIOS或者驅動就不要貿然升級

你的問題就可能要送回原廠看看了
不然跟版友借借看有沒有備份隨身碟試試看
不過之前有人發文是說沒用
