電台名嘴賣藥詐欺　「阿郎」判刑8年定讞

【丁牧群／台北報導】南台灣廣播名嘴「阿郎」林宏明，在節目中誆稱有張天師靈感，替聽眾算命解厄，趁機騙聽眾捐錢、買藥品，詐財超過4千萬元，有人被騙一生積蓄，生活無以為繼，最高法院認定林宏明犯後毫無悔意，惡性重大，今依常業詐欺罪將他判刑8年確定。「阿郎」林宏明能說善道，在電台賣藥超過30年，累積許多死忠粉絲，是電台賣藥始祖之一，曾因經營地下電台賣藥被取締，10多年前改在合法電台買時段做節目賣藥。
 
判決指出，林宏明1999年到2007年間在電台主持「台灣鄉土情、阿郎俱樂部」節目，自稱張天師化身，假藉幫聽眾改運、算命、制煞、點光明燈，取得信任，他還贈送張天師靈通感應符咒跟聽眾搏感情，然後推銷販售各類中西藥品，誇大療效，並鼓吹聽眾投資他成立的「阿郎冰品機構」，並以成立張天師道場欠經費為由，詐騙吸金，受害者多達上千人，詐騙金額超過4千萬元。
