不滿限制法庭錄音檔取得 上千律師抗議

司法院在去年十月公布新辦法，嚴格限制錄音檔的取得。不過，這項規定卻引來侵害人民訴訟和律師權益的批評，除了上千名律師連署之外，今天(9日)也由代表冒雨到司法院遞交抗議書，要求立刻廢除。

因應個資法上路，司法院在去年公布新的法庭錄音和利用保存辦法，要求訴訟當事人或律師如果要聲請法庭錄音光碟，必須要開庭人全都同意，但這樣的規定卻讓律師們認為有窒礙難行之處，也侵害人民訴訟權益，因此，除了連署抗議，九號上午二十多名律師代表也到司法院遞交抗議書。律師公會全聯會秘書長吳雨學表示，司法院不能只憑行政命令就破壞公開審判制度。

律師團體強烈要求司法院立即廢除相關規定，並研疑更好的錄音利用保存辦法。
