大馬美迪尼區　千萬台幣買30坪預售屋

【鄭婷方／台北報導】馬來西亞政府訂有外國人購屋置產最低總價門檻，2014年1月1日起，各城市皆統一規定為100萬元馬幣(約1000萬元台幣)，
但依斯干達特區的美迪尼區(MEDINI)不受此限，無總價門檻限制，吸引外資。

馬來西亞開發商馬星集團博士蔡高信表示，美迪尼為免稅區，區內目前觀光及商業發展成熟，住宅需求高，預售案「The Meridn｣，地上權129年，
規劃14~31坪的產品，30坪的產品最低總價900~1000萬元起，有別於馬國多數建案停車位產權屬開發商，該案每戶附2個獨立產權的車位。
