婦拉白布條　罵竹縣議員「地下錢莊」遭訴

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市1名58歲陳姓婦人，日前與新竹縣議員鄭美琴、陳運鵬與楊炳傳等3人發生土地買賣糾紛，雙方興訟，今年新竹地院判陳婦敗訴，令陳婦不滿；事後陳婦竟在1家大賣場前，舉著白布條內容寫著「地下錢莊：陳運鵬、新竹縣議員鄭美琴」、「建築奸商：楊炳傳」、「司法不公」、「三人共謀害我家破人亡」，貶損3人名譽，3人得知後憤而提告。

新竹地檢調查發現，陳男是合法當舖非地下錢莊，由於陳婦也告陳男及楊男侵佔案，但獲不起訴，民事求償也遭駁回，且她也坦承鄭美琴並沒有害她家破人亡，只是希望對方將不動產還她，因此認定陳婦涉妨害名譽，今天依妨害名譽提起公訴。
