士林官邸專案住宅　將以每坪75萬元標售

【郭寶懃／台北報導】英業達集團會長葉國一以捐贈方式將士林官邸22戶專案住宅歸還北市府，北市財政局預計在明年1月中旬以每坪75萬元起公告標售，面積為51~65坪，室內坪數為34~43坪，總價約3500萬元~4500萬元。

士林官邸北側專案住宅位在福林路100巷77弄士林官邸內，台北市財政局局長陳盈蓉指出，葉國一捐贈的22戶專案住宅，目前會先標售20戶，因為有2戶暫有租約，約期為明年與後年，所以暫不標售。
