「雨衣大盜」王淵　殺人、搶劫銀行！被判無期徒刑

曾連續犯下3起銀行搶案的「雨衣大盜」王淵，因殺人、搶劫銀行案，24日被最高法院判處無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身，併科罰金110萬元定讞。

王淵被控犯下至少3起銀行運鈔車搶案，其中2007年的合庫搶案，更造成周姓保全人員中彈不幸身亡，而被台北地方法院一審判處無期徒刑；全案經上訴後，高等法院二審維持一審判決結果。

對於王淵犯行，周男家屬在一審判決時曾親赴法院聽判，對於判決結果表示，「無法接受」。家屬當時表示，「父親因兒子離世，之後心情不佳，身體狀況每況愈下，最後甚至罹癌過世，現在未判死，完全無法接受。」

二審時，法官認為，王淵是失手打死保全人員，當時只想搶錢，並非蓄意，罪不致死，所以判無期徒刑。今天最高法院判處王淵無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身，併科罰金110萬元定讞。
