財長： 國債付息不受QE減碼影響

美國量化寬鬆政策QE即將減碼，將帶動全球長期利率上揚，恐加深國債付息壓力。財政部長張盛和表示，國內資金供給過剩，目前尚無升息壓力，且政府發行的公債都採固定利率，因此，也不會因升息受到影響。

根據財政部統計，截至102年11月底止，中央政府1年以上債務未償餘額5兆1,223億元，短期債務未償餘額2,094億元；平均每人負擔債務22.8萬元。
