訪友家突然跳樓　豪宅一秒變凶宅

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】美國紐約曼哈頓區，一名33歲女子到一對夫婦在當地的豪宅家中作客，突然她突然撞破窗戶，從24樓跌落地面死亡，豪宅則慘變凶宅。

根據《紐約每日新聞》報導，案發在周日(15日)中午時分，該女子到訪時，曾有些不理性的怪異表現與發怒，戶主於是打電話給她的父母，想找人接她回家，可惜就在等候家人時，女子突然失控，拿起一件木器打破臥室的玻璃窗，然後向外跳出。

該棟豪宅位在曼哈頓的第三大道，根據網路上地產經紀的資料，單位的呎租差不多要近50美元(每坪約1800美元，折合台幣約5.4萬元)，平均每個單位售價達77萬美元(約台幣2310萬元)。
