女撿hTC 手機討酬金　嫌200元報酬太低嗆告

【突發中心╱基隆報導】基隆市一名女子不慎遺失一支hTC one sv手機，被民眾拾獲交給警方，幾天後失主接到對方電話要求法定的十分之一報酬，女子告知手機是攜號碼在電信公司申辦，且已經用了3個月，經估價只有2000元價值，只能付200元酬金，但拾獲人認為價格太低，揚言雙方若無法達成共識時，將到法院提民事訴訟，由法官裁判；《蘋果》調查，全新hTC one sv網拍空機價最高為8000元。

不慎遺失手機的涂小姐（20歲）還在念大學，她向《蘋果》投訴，本月1日晚上到台北市西門町逛街，回到基隆住處時發現手機掉了，向友人借手機撥打自己手機，接電話的是一位警員。警方說，手機被民眾撿到交到派出所，涂女興奮地趕到台北市萬華分局漢中街派出所順利領回遺失的手機，拾獲手機的「好心」民眾，並不在派出所。
