傳騰訊(700)斥10億人幣入股國金證券 拓在線金融服務

騰訊(00700)涉足金融領域或加大網絡券商業務的投資的，據內地媒體引述市場消息稱，騰訊未來可能斥資約10億元人民幣，參股現時在上海上市的國金證券，相關事宜雙方正洽談，尚未有最終定案，而此前騰訊也曾接觸其他中資券商。報導指，雙方對此均未有明確回復。

日前騰訊已與國金證券簽署了《戰略合作協議》，並結成戰略合作夥伴關係打造在線金融服務平臺。根據公告，雙方同意，國金證券與騰訊旗下騰訊網在網絡券商、在線理財、線下高端投資活動等方面展開全面合作。分析人士認為，若騰訊入股國金證券，模式可能會和阿里巴巴支付寶入主天弘基金類似。

騰訊最新升0.8%，報440.4元，成交5.93億元。
