前幾天到了南部一中小產業(資本額約兩億)面試(客制化食品填充機) 面時過程約兩小時面試了人資-經理-組長-課長-特助到了最後一關特助來跟我談公司制度此時他打開一本密麻的數字表嘴裡念著你大學畢業這樣要算...三級四等(還是四等三級)我忘了... 此時他就說了本篇標題的這句 "日薪月領就是月薪" 這樣的話你一天是陸陸陸(666)喔+獎金3500+全勤1000 如果你獎金願意累積四個月一起領的話公司再給你500唷(就你一個月乾領666*30+1000) 我們鼓勵年輕人存錢啦! 加班是666算很多一個月加班都多領一萬多呢(OS:666是要加多久才會到一萬......) 也一直抨擊其他公司說他們公司跟別人不一樣這兩年成長20多% 對了這職缺是品管 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.255.20.199
