【呂健豪／新北報導】新北市警方昨天晚上10時許，在新店中正路與三民路口發現1名李姓男子酒駕，趕緊上前將他攔下，李男剛開始坦承酒駕，不料卻趁警員不注意時，以上廁所為由，騎上機車「尿遁」，警方擔心追趕會發生意外，等李男停車後趕緊上前將他逮捕。

「X你老師！」不料李男竟否認酒駕，且拒絕酒測，甚至辱罵警員，警方只好將他帶至醫院強制抽血，換算酒精濃度為0.17毫克，因辱罵警方，被依妨害公務罪移送法辦。
