南部行拒交管 吳敦義：爭來的

副總統吳敦義昨天南下高雄走透透，沒有交通管制、不設前導車，當然也沒有攔鞋網，吳敦義私下透露，「有些自由是要爭取的！」

吳敦義昨天參加高雄應用科技大學50周年校慶，頒獎給教職員，吳敦義曾任高雄市長，與地方熟稔熱絡，場內氣氛溫馨，場外不見他在外縣市跑行程的「攔鞋網」。

高市警方表示，市警局的網子是為選舉，防競選雙方亂丟東西，不是為正副元首採購，「在高市幾乎沒用過」，沒有接到副總統要求不要使用防護網，警方情資也沒有使用的必要，沒有拿出來。

行政院南部服務中心執行長林清強，全程陪同吳敦義在高市的行程，他說，副總統沒有提到攔鞋網的問題。

吳敦義私下說，不能接受自己一路綠燈呼嘯過，卻讓兩旁民眾等紅燈。所以外出趴趴走，要求「不交管、不閃紅燈、不用前導車」，國安局曾拒絕，逼得他說「不告知我的行程了」，國安局才勉強答應。
