司法史上最醜陋！ 「法官貪汙案」罪重判20年

引發「關說案」的「法官集體貪汙案」今（17）日判刑定讞，最高法院依貪汙收賄等罪嫌，判決前高院法官李春地11年6月、陳榮和18年、蔡光治20年徒刑，其餘相關被告也被判入監服刑。

全案源於在前板橋地檢署檢察官邱茂榮、前法官邱創舜穿針引線下，共花850萬元賄絡陳榮和、李春地、蔡光治及房阿生，承審涉銅鑼弊案的前立委何智輝、前花蓮高分院法官張炳龍貪污案時改判無罪，弊情曝光後還透過前檢察官張權教唆偽證。

最高法院維持高等法院二審判決，判處李春地11年6月徒刑，併科罰金新台幣100萬元，褫奪公權5年；陳榮和被判18年徒刑，併科罰金300萬元，褫奪公權9年；蔡光治被判20年徒刑，併科罰金350萬元，褫奪公權9年。

邱茂榮被判6年徒刑，併科罰金270萬元，褫奪公權3年；邱創舜及妻子段美月分別被判刑1年6月、1年3月。

張炳龍被判刑1年、褫奪公權1年；蔡光治的女友賴瑞珍被判處4年徒刑、併科罰金150萬元、褫奪公權2年；張權被判刑2年。全案定讞。
