【徐毓莉／台北報導】行動電話App市場競爭激烈，遠傳電信今舉辦「遠傳開發者大會」，首度宣佈將推新型態平台「點圈新經濟」商業模式，串連消費者、開發商、廣告主，遠傳該平台提供App開發商配套服務，只要使用該App的民眾，可收到所在地附近商家的優惠訊息，預計明年第1季上線。

遠傳建構的「點圈新經濟」新型態平台的概念，是以消費者地點為核心，擴散至社交圈、生活圈、消費商圈的經濟模型。由廣告業者提供優惠贈品，App開發商串接開發套件並置入於App中，消費者使用App時，可隨時隨地獲知優惠訊息。
