ECB 暗示加碼刺激措施

歐洲央行（ECB）總裁德拉基23 日不排除提供更多長期低利貸款給銀行業，暗示ECB願意考慮推出更多刺激措施，以壓低短期市場利率，並捍衛歐元區的脆弱復甦。

德拉基出席歐洲議會經濟與貨幣事務委員會的聽證會時說，銀行償還ECB信用貸款是回歸常態的跡象，但流動性減少可能加重貨幣市場利率的上漲壓力，而ECB已準備好必要時動用所需工具，包括進行另一輪長期再融資操作（LTRO），再提供銀行業低利貸款。

他說，銀行對ECB資金支持的依賴度已穩定降低，這主要反映在先前兩輪3年期LTRO向ECB借款的銀行，不斷償還資金。據ECB 20日公布的資料，銀行業本周將償還79.1億歐元的3年期貸款，金額是5月來最高。

但分析師擔心，若銀行持續償還貸款資金，短期利率將會上漲。

歐元區的貨幣市場利率7月漲至德拉基形容為「毫無根據」的水準，金融體系的流動性也降至逼近ECB先前暗示為下限的水準。
