洗臉用卸妝油再用清潔的?

今天去拔粉刺
美容師說要先用卸妝油把油洗掉之後
再用清潔的洗一洗
然後早晚各洗一次
這樣會不會怎樣啊?
之前長一堆痘痘的時候去看醫生
醫生說沒有化妝就不要用卸妝油耶..
但是美容師又說不用卸妝油臉容易阻塞...
到底該怎麼做~~?
