中經院長吳中書：下半年經濟展望謹慎樂觀

【林潔禎／台北報導】中華經濟研究院今公布台灣8月台灣造業採購經理人指數(PMI)為52.6%，與7月相較持平。中經院院長吳中書指出，從指標組成初判斷下個月有翻揚機會，但屬於緩步復甦，對於下半年經濟展望謹慎樂觀。

據了解，中經院每個月固定公布台灣PMI中，大於50為擴張，小於50為收縮，50為其分界點；而8月PMI組成5項指標中，新增訂單數量、生產數量與人力雇用數量仍呈現擴張，供應商交貨時間較前月下降，現有原物料存貨水準則由7月的擴張轉為緊縮。值得一提是，電子暨光學產業PMI在8月滑落至49.5%，是3月攀升至今年高點以來連續5個月走跌，且8月是今年首次趺到收縮階段。
