巴西引進第一批古巴醫師

美聯社報導，巴西政府根據「更多醫師」計畫而引進的第一批約250名古巴醫師，23日下午抵達巴西，預訂前往8個城市服務。巴西政府為回應該國民眾在今年六月針對各項民生議題發動的大規模示威，推出「更多醫師」計畫，引進外國醫師到偏鄉服務，改善醫療照顧水準。這項政策受到巴西醫學會的強烈反對，但預料最終將有4000名古巴醫師赴巴西工作。
