憂關鍵技術外流！夏普、三星組聯合企業案喊卡

日媒報導，日本夏普 (Sharp)(6753-JP) 已經取消和韓國三星 (Samsung)(005930-KR) 共組聯合影印機公司的討論。

《共同通訊社》報導，夏普會如此決定是因為其他的日本公司反對，他們擔心關鍵技術會外流至三星手中。

全球影印機市場主要由日本企業主導，例如 Canon、Ricoh、Konica Minolta、夏普等，這些日本企業加上美國的 Xerox 幾乎吃掉全球 80% 的 A3 影印機市場。

不過，據報夏普還是繼續就原始設備商身份，提供洗衣機、冰箱等議題繼續與三星談判。

三星最初的提案是收購夏普影印機部門，遭拒之後才轉而討論組聯合公司。
