彭淮南奪10A總裁

中央銀行總裁彭淮南今天獲得全球金融雜誌（Global Finance）評比為A級，創下全球央行總裁中第一位拿到「十A」評比的美譽。

彭淮南是在二○○○年首次獲得A級評等的成績，另自二○○五年至二○一三年，連續九度蟬聯A級的成績，外界稱他為「十A總裁」。

同列A級的還有馬來西亞塞蒂（Zeti Akhtar Aziz）、菲律賓泰譚柯（Amando Tetangco Jr）。

美國聯準會主席柏南奇今年獲得「B+」的評比，中國大陸人民銀行行長周小川獲「C」的評比，歐洲央行總裁德拉吉獲「A-」；至於甫上任的日本央行總裁黑田東彥，因上任不到一年，今年不予評比。

全球金融雜誌創刊於一九八七年，總部設在美國紐約，全球發行量逾五萬本，讀者遍布全球一百六十三個國家的財務金融專業人士；全球金融雜誌自一九九四年起開始對主要國家的央行總裁進行評比。

【中央社台北廿三日電】中央銀行總裁彭淮南今天獲悉全球金融雜誌今年將他評比為「A」級總裁後，透過幕僚表示，這份成績並不屬於個人，而是全體國人及中央銀行同仁共同努力的成果。

彭淮南特別感謝，多年來外界給予的支持與指教。

全球金融雜誌（Global Finance）年度全球央行總裁評比，中央銀行總裁彭淮南又獲得「A」級評比。

這也是彭淮南在二○○○年首次獲得A級評等的成績後，另自二○○五年至二○一三年，連續九度蟬聯A級的成績，第十度獲得「A」的最佳評比，外界稱他為「十A總裁」。
