基本工資調整 勞資雙方備戰

勞委會表示，備受矚目的基本工資審議委員會，預定在下周三（8/28）上午10時召開，勞、資雙方各7名代表出席，另外還有政府代表及專家學者，共同討論明年度基本工資是否調漲。

現行基本工資月薪在今年9月才調整為1萬9047元，時薪則為109元。勞委會表示，依據勞保資料統計推估，現行領取基本工資勞工約170萬人。對於明年基本工資是否有調漲機會，勞委會主委潘世偉表示，要看當天與會代表意見。

目前勞資雙方已開始備戰，有勞團擔憂，目前景氣不理想，加上今年4月已經調整過月薪，屆時可能成為資方凍漲薪資的藉口。資方代表、全國工業總會則在先前提出的白皮書中就明確指出，基本工資沒有每年檢討調整的必要，若經濟不景氣，就不予調整。

勞委會表示，這次會議地點將首度移師到新北市汐止區的勞工安全衛生研究所會議室，場地設有1間大會議室和3間小會議室，能讓勞資雙方代表在分別溝通協商時使用。不過也有聲音質疑，勞委會可能希望避免關廠工人抗議，才選擇較遠的場所，不過這樣說法遭勞委會否認。

有消息指出，勞委會希望這次討論能效法韓國做法、退居第三方，讓勞資雙方透過對話充分討論取得共識為止。
