洪案3被告收押　洪姊：軍檢令人失望

洪案三名被告，被桃園地院裁定收押，逆轉前兩次軍院審理結果。洪姊姊洪慈庸：「終於過了大概50幾天的時間，終於看到一線曙光了，希望這個案情可以越來越明朗。｣ 對軍檢辦案，早就失去信心．洪姊姊如往常戴口罩一臉淡定，直指弟弟洪仲丘被送禁閉，資料不完全，是有人刻意操弄。

洪慈庸：「我們可以看得出來說軍檢跟軍院在做審理的時候，其實都不把一些重點放進來，因為其實我們會知道說，他今天有沒有構成一些比較重的傷害，其實要看說他是不是知道有這樣的情況，但他不去避免這樣的情況發生，在這個筆錄裡面，我們看到這兩個憲兵官，一直極力在阻止這件事情，但還是有心人士一直要把弟弟送進去，那我們就知道，這是不可為而為之，是覺得軍檢在起訴這部分，作為還滿令人失望的。」

洪慈庸說，軍檢像刻意掩蓋事實，桃園地院抽絲剝繭，審理串證滅證疑點，作出符合期待裁定，家屬終於看見一絲曙光。
