朴槿惠籲加強國安 北韓譴責

（法新社首爾20日電） 南韓和美國昨天展開年度乙支自由衛士（UFG）聯合軍演，北韓今天指控南韓總統朴槿惠是態度挑釁的戰爭製造者。

相較過去大肆抨擊軍演，北韓這次反而是對朴槿惠在軍演同時，於國家安全保障會議（NSC）中的發言大表不滿。

朴槿惠在青瓦台危機管理情況室會議明言，儘管南北韓近期的緊張關係趨緩，南韓在任何情況下都應具備堅固的安全態勢。

朴槿惠說：「即使天下太平，但忘卻戰爭則會遭遇危機。」

朝鮮和平統一委員會（CPRK）今天抨擊，朴槿惠的發言等於「掀起極端對抗」，也是對近日的和解努力「潑冷水」。

朝鮮和平統一委員會發表聲明說：「韓方當局若繼續與我方進行對抗，韓朝關系將重新惡化，將造成無法挽回的後果。」（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
