國宅改建公營住宅　租金僅市價7成

【蔡亞樺╱台北報導】台北市有21處出租國宅，其中南港區台肥國宅屋齡近30年，屋況老舊，北市都市發展局評估決定改建公營住宅，是北市首宗出租國宅改建公營住宅個案，將斥資29億元進行第1階段改建，預計興建824戶，明年辦理住戶安置，後年動工、2017年完工入住，租金約市價7折。  

都發局表示，出租國宅承租對象以設籍北市，年所得約在98萬元以下的中低收入戶為主；公營住宅則以設籍北市，年所得在132萬元以上的青年族群為主，盼以便宜租金租年輕人，也打破以往大眾對國宅環境差的負面印象。
