對長腿美女甩精　變態男判拘50日

【劉志原╱台北報導】29歲謝姓男子今年5月14日至新北市新店一家金石堂書店，見一名年輕女子穿短褲露出修長大腿，且打扮亮麗，竟在女子背後打手槍自慰，並射精在自己手上，再將精液甩到被害人背上，台北地院依公然猥褻罪判他拘役50天，可以罰金5萬元易科；仍可上訴。

判決指出，被害女子逛書店時，發現背上有不明液體，經旁人檢視後驚覺是精液，調閱店內監視錄影發現是謝男所為，法官認為，謝男公然自慰，已觸法，又造成被害人驚嚇及厭惡，但已坦承犯行，判他拘役50天。
