宣明智親子關係不存在訴訟開庭

聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智，1年前傳出和名媛李珍妮有個7歲非婚生女兒，當時宣明智認了這個女兒，還入了戶籍，不過「宣明智」日前向北院提出「確認親子關係不存在」訴訟，台北地院今天下午開庭審理。

媒體報導，宣明智提起訴訟，應該是已經做過DNA鑑定，但因先前已承認女兒，並辦理認領，如果要撤銷父女關係，必須透過訴訟，一旦法院確認雙方沒有血緣關係，宣明智就可以憑法院判決，註銷認領登記，訴訟結果最快1個月內出爐。
