違規廣告王 「治消渴 賜爾康」奪冠

【沈能元／台北報導】北市衛生局今公布1至6月查獲1611件化粧品、食品及藥物違規廣告，若以產品分類，「治消渴 賜爾康」39件最多，廣告內容訴求「糖尿病新福音.. 降低血糖、尿糖..讓您擺脫尿毒症、腎衰竭及截肢、中風的惡夢..」，衛生局表示，因該產品為中藥，但業者非藥商而進行藥物廣告，已違反《藥事法》，將罰藥者20萬至500萬元。

衛生局食品藥物管理處表示，違規廣告中，以化粧品類1051件，比率6成5最高、其次是食品類368件，比率2成3、藥物類192件，比率1成2；衛生局均將依法開罰。違規業者名單可至衛生局網址查詢http://www.health.gov.tw。
