國防部長楊念祖今天說，將與法務部協調後續修法事宜。

立法院院會三讀修正通過軍事審判法部分條文，承平時期現役軍人犯罪回歸一般司法機關追訴、審理，但分兩階段執行，陸軍下士洪仲丘案將可適用。

楊念祖在立法院受訪表示，尊重立法院朝野協商結果，將與法務部協調後續修法事宜。
