馬來西亞免簽效期15天 外交部籲國人注意

近期以來，連續發生數起國人以免簽證方式入境馬來西亞，但因沒有在15天的停留期限內出境，而被當地移民局扣留調查的案例。外交部領務局提醒民眾，馬來西亞給予我國人以免簽證入境該國的停留期限為15天（從入境當日起算第一天），而且不得延期。

國人如果準備在馬來西亞停留15天以上，就應該事先辦妥相關簽證；如果不慎在當地逾期停留，也應該先向馬國移民局自首並繳交罰金，不要試圖直接出境，以免遭到拘留、罰款等處分，甚至會被列入限制入境的名單。

外交部表示，民眾在馬來西亞境內，假如遇急難需要協助，可以撥打我駐馬來西亞代表處急難救助電話，或者和「外交部緊急聯絡中心」聯繫。
